Common problems and fixes
The problems people meet most often in their first weeks, and how to fix each one.
How to do it

No orders show: check that the webshop is connected on Connections and that the GrowViking plugin or app is on. New orders arrive within minutes, old ones overnight.

Ads show no money: Facebook must be connected with an ad account picked. The first numbers arrive within an hour.

Profit looks too high: add your product costs, shipping and fees on Costs. Without them, profit is only sales minus ad spend.

Numbers differ from Meta: Meta counts orders it thinks its ads helped, GrowViking counts the orders in your webshop. Both are shown side by side on the ad pages.

A card says Too early to judge: the ad is new, learning or has spent little. Wait a few days before you decide.
