The "what GrowViking could have done" email
A short email with the ad money GrowViking would have stopped and the orders Meta did not see, worked out from your own figures. It comes only when you said yes to it, and only when there is something worth telling.
How to do it

Say yes on the plugin page, on Ad Waste Check or under Settings, What GrowViking could have done.

It comes every week for the first four weeks, then once a month.

Every amount is an estimate, and GrowViking changes nothing in your ads.

Stop it or get it monthly with the link at the bottom of each email, or under Settings.
The email stops by itself when you start a paid plan.
