Get help from a person
Ask any question in your own words on Get help. You get an answer from the Help Center at once, and when that is not enough, one click sends it to a person at GrowViking.
How to do it

Open Get help from the Help Center (Ask a person), or go to /get-help.

Type your question and click Get an answer. The answer is written by AI from the Help Center and says so, with the articles it used.

Not helped? Pick A question or Something does not work, and click Send to GrowViking.

A person answers you by email from support@growviking.com, usually within one working day. Just reply to that email to go on: it reaches the same person.

You can also write to support@growviking.com directly. It lands in the same place as Get help.
Say which page you were on and what you clicked. A picture is welcome as a reply to our email.
