Close your account and delete your data
Close your account on Plan & billing. You keep everything until the paid time ends. Then the account is read-only for a grace period, so you can download your data or come back, and after that everything is deleted.
How to do it

Open Setup, choose Plan & billing and scroll to Leaving GrowViking?

Press Download my data to get one ZIP file with your orders, ads figures, messages and settings.

Press Close my account. The sheet shows the three dates: full access, read-only, and the day everything is deleted.

Pick why you are leaving if you like, type your business name and press Close.

Changed your mind? Press Keep my account on Plan & billing while you still have access, or pick a package again while it is read-only.
Want it gone at once? Tick Delete everything tonight before you press Close. Only your invoices are kept, as the law asks, and an anonymous line with no name, to make GrowViking better.
