GrowViking partner terms

1. Who can be a partner

Companies that build, run or market webshops for others, such as web agencies and freelancers. GrowViking approves each partner and may decline without giving a reason.

2. How a shop is linked to you

A shop is linked to you when it signs up through your referral link or types your partner code when it signs up. A referral link counts for 60 days, only when the visitor has said yes to marketing cookies. One shop has one partner: the first. A shop that already had a GrowViking account before is not linked.

3. Your share

You get 20% of what each linked shop has paid GrowViking, excluding VAT, for 12 months from the day the shop was linked. Refunded payments do not count. GrowViking may agree a different share with you in writing.

4. Payment

Your share is worked out each calendar month in Danish kroner. You send an invoice for the amount on your partner page, and GrowViking pays by bank transfer within 30 days.

5. Your clients own their account

Each shop has its own GrowViking account and owns its data. You only see a shop's data when the shop adds you as a team member, and only while it keeps you. You keep the shop's data confidential.

6. Honest marketing

You describe GrowViking truthfully. No promises of results, no spam, no ads on the GrowViking name in search engines and no fake reviews. You may use the GrowViking name and logo to say you are a partner.

7. Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice by email. GrowViking can end it at once if these terms are broken. Shares earned before the end are paid; shares from breaking these terms are not.

8. Changes and law

GrowViking may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts.
